Or in this case a long glass. The definitive mocha in Norwich is to be found at Cafe Ninety-One, a delightful cafe in what was once an (Edwardian?) chocolate shop on Upper St Giles. As the waitress served this nectar she commented that I could have a top up of steamed milk if I found it too strong.
I like them strong. Frothy at the top (with a spoon to serve), followed by a layer of dark fresh-ground coffee hovering over an amazingly syrupy chocolate concoction, which I later found to be made from "Monbana Chocolatier - Trésor de Chocolat". I pretended it was too strong and had a top-up anyway, just to make it last longer. I neglected to take a picture of the beverage before drinking it but instead captured an image of the staff.
Well worth visiting also for the waitresses and the amazing cheesecake.
